Employees are also tested on every element from general office cleaning to safety, and from floor care to restrooms.
All XCI Building Services supervisors visit all customer facilities two times a month to do a quality check. If there are any problems with the quality encountered, additional training is provided.
Employees also receive ongoing support from management, including the supervisor visits, responses to problems and concerns, and being proactive to prevent problems from happening. As our workforce “on the ground,” we take the comments, suggestions and concerns of our employees very seriously and address anything that is brought to our attention.
At XCI Building Services, we also have a specific system in place for our customers/clients when providing them with complete custodial care. We start with an initial consultation, followed with a facility tour during we which we measure windows, etc. We’ll review workload development, based on customer specifications or ones we have worked up. We then develop a formal proposal, complete with a welcome letter, chemicals to be used, costs, budget options (including times, cleaning options, etc.), insurance certificates, references and a service agreement.
