XCI Building Services has provided Quality and Affordable Building Services to a broad range of Customers for over 30 years. Starting out as a family business, XCI has expanded to multiple states and has continued to care for its customers with that personal touch.
XCI Building Services is part of Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI), an organization with almost 50 years experience providing contractor-specific educational programs, certificates, publications, seminars, and more. We have a dedicated group of other professionals behind us to keep our tools and knowledge up-to-date.

Quality Control Program
One of the biggest problems in our industry today is a lack of consistent quality. We have developed a plan to ensure our employee’s are held accountable and our customers are kept informed. Bi-weekly inspections are performed and trends are monitored to quickly correct discrepancies.

Another huge issue that plagues the building service industry is turnover. Constant turnover creates gaps in service, poor quality, and expensive hiring and training issues. XCI Building Services has created a system to improve employee morale, reduce turnover, encourage employee development, and increase a better experience for our customers. We have a dedicated Dream Manager helping our staff achieve their dreams and goals. Our goal is to make a difference in every employee’s life.
Safety in the Workplace
At XCI Building Services, Safety is a top priority! Each region is appointed a safety manager and all management and crew must complete our safety program. Each of our sites receives a customized Job Hazard Analysis and this is reviewed with the employees monthly. In addition to these steps, a different safety topic is sent out to the field each month and must be reviewed by all employees.
XCI Building Services takes our responsibility for our customers security very seriously! From building keys and codes to protecting secure documents, we take all necessary steps to ensure our customers property is protected while in our care. Each employee must pass background checks and completed our building security training.
